Penn State Football Star Fails Drug Test

All Big Ten Conference linebacker Navorro Bowman tested positive in a recent random substance abuse test conducted by the university. A Centre County, PA Magistrate issued Bowman an additional year of probation for his marijuana violation. If Bowman violates his probation he could face up to six months in jail. Coach Joe Paterno stated, "Sometime we tested him and he was positive, and we were aware of that." Paterno concluded. "I don't want to overreact, he's been a pretty good kid. But, on the other hand, he's got to solve his problem, and we'll see how we work it out next week."
