MMC, who is the Third Party Administrator of substance abuse testing for the Master Builders Association of Western Pennsylvania was on-site during the construction project. MMC is proud to have contributed to making the CONSOL Energy Center construction project a safe work environment.
The project was a joint venture between PJ Dick Corp. of Pittsburgh (Master Builders Association of Western Pennsylvania) and Hunt Construction Group of Indianapolis (a member of multiple AGC chapters) broke ground on the project on Aug. 1, 2008.
According to the article in the AGC's Constructor Magazine, PJ Dick's Walt Czekaj said that, "Crews completed construction last summer, allowing the Penguins to take occupancy in mid-July, nearly three weeks ahead of schedule."
